PAWE cookie and analytics choices — September 27, 2026 Necessary cookies keep PAWE working and remember your privacy choice. Optional analytics does not affect access to planning, trials or account features. If you allow analytics, PAWE measures named page visits, selected interactions, visible active time and confirmed feature results to improve the product. We do not use analytics to score students. We exclude staff and automated activity and do not send account IDs, names, email addresses, form values, syllabus contents, grades, passwords or payment details in product events. PAWE stores product events in its private Supabase database in Canada Central for up to 90 days. With collection and export enabled, PostHog processes a reduced copy in the United States. Analytics uses a random identity for each permission context, not your account identity. Trial histories expire with the trial and are not linked to an account. Aggregate trial conversion reports count consenting trial sessions, not unique people: one start and at most one confirmed conversion per trial. Anonymous weekly totals can remain after trial deletion; small groups are not shown. Session replay is an additional optional choice. If you allow it, PAWE records masked page structure and interactions on the landing page and dashboard only, with PostHog replay retention set to 30 days. Text and inputs are masked; sensitive sections are blocked. Console logs, network bodies, canvas, media and other pages are excluded. Automatic interaction capture on these two pages follows your analytics choice and excludes text, values and arbitrary element attributes. Your necessary preference lasts up to 180 days. Superseded consent receipts are removed within 90 days; trial-linked records expire with the trial. A new notice or an identity change requires a new choice. An account-wide withdrawal remains in force until you explicitly restore permission or delete the account. Open Privacy settings to change your choices. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and pending delivery. Deletion requests remove retained data and queue deletion of provider copies; provider confirmation and backup expiry are separate processes. If preferences cannot be confirmed, collection stays off. Contact privacy@pawe.io for access, deletion or backup details.
